History

In 2002, a group of professionals graduated from CAECE University and with a vast experience in the IT market analyzed the offer of technology services in Argentina. They concluded that regarding the software market, still unexploited yet constantly growing, there were real opportunities for a company with a long-term vision, commercial transparency, committed to the delivery in due time and form, highly qualified professionals and a clear motivating human resources policy.

That’s how NEXT IT was born, based on two focal points: the orientation towards client satisfaction and a world class management of human resources.
Before starting the commercial operation, the company decided to continue training those professionals through a policy of promoting students in universities specialized in technology and through a collaboration agreement with Mar del Plata city council to promote employment and the development of service companies in the city.
Since then, NEXT IT started developing Leadership and Career Development Programs, in order to train collaborators into the culture and values that the company inspired, and the practices they wanted to implement in order to reach these goals.

Once this process of internal training concluded, that same year NEXT IT started its commercial activities with a team of 6 professionals working in the first Software Factory of Mar del Plata.
Thanks to its fast growth and the expansion of its activities, NEXT IT became finalist at Emprendedores NAVES 2005 (entrepreneurs competition at IAE business school). As a result, the company obtained the support to expand the business plan. A new era started.

The following year, a Technology Infrastructure area was created, as the company started the ISO 9001 Quality System Certification process, which was approved in July.
At the same time, the company assumed an active role among its peers and had a relevant participation in the creation of ATICMA (Mar del Plata IT Companies Association), and soon it became part of CESSI (Software and IT Services Chamber of Commerce), the most representative enterprise chamber in the Argentine IT market. After an intense period, the company qualified for the benefits outlined in the software promotion act, which also translated into more investment in R&D and an expansion of its business.

With the goals accomplished in every stage and the consolidation of its activities in Argentina, 2007 started with several news. The second Software Factory opened in Mar del Plata, with more than 80 employees, as the company started to expand its operations throughout the region. At this point, the company participated in many international rounds of business during its visits to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Mexico, Brazil and the United States, among others.

The fast growth of the company motivated its expansion in several directions, withholding those initial values that marked all this process. Precisely those values outlined a new marketing strategy and became the reason to change the company name and enhance its image.
Now NEXT IT is UXOR IT. This name stands for a Latin word that refers to the long term relation honoring the commitments in a relationship.
The same values that marked the company and its people since its beginnings, now find a reflection in the new name.
