Management of human resources

We are a company of specialized services that considers human resources as its most important capital and differential value. That’s why since the beginning of its activities, UXOR IT has developed an active management of human resources to integrate and constantly train all its collaborator team, who has been the strategic foundation that has led to the sustained growth of the company.

Today, more than 90 collaborators are part of this reality that aims at providing a positive work environment that reflects the values of the company: trust, excellence, service.

This policy is based on two focal points:

  • Work climate: the final goal is to integrate people to generate a suitable context for professional development. To do so, we have a program of professional follow up; several group activities conducted by the Human Resources area and a group of communication formal tools which allow the collaborators to reach all the levels of the organization. Both activities tend to spread group knowledge, identify opportunities, build positive relationships with the clients, detect upcoming changes and generate an environment that empowers creativity and individual and group development.
  • Career development: the goal is to motivate and promote the academic, technical and personal formation of UXOR IT collaborators, in order to develop skills and capabilities for personal and, consequently, organizational growth.
This commitment is expressed by the following aims:
  • Formal definition of every position, its activities, responsibilities and expected results.
  • Professional promotion program, which expresses on one side the results, skills and capabilities to develop in order to reach each position, and on the other side, the dynamics applied to the development and professional follow up of every UXOR IT collaborator.
  • Annual Training Plan, outlined in two areas:

    Professional:
    Training courses, schedule of seminars and conferences regarding issues related to the application of best practices, such as Leadership, Communications, Business Values, Integration, Teamworking, Coaching and Languages, among others.

    Technical:
    Constant training in technical and methodological issues oriented to the professional growth in the company.
  • Individual and group feedback activities, which allow leaders and collaborators to identify achievements, improving opportunities and progress, according to its professional growth.
